STARTING LABOR NATURALLY

At 37 weeks, we can begin to prepare mama for her body to naturally go into labor. If a medical induction is imminent, or mama goes over 40 weeks, we can use acupuncture and herbs to gently encourage labor to begin.

BIrth Doula

At home, birth center, or hospital, I am available to help support YOUR choices, advocate for you, provide techniques for effective contractions, and natural solutions for pain relief. Visits can begin anytime in pregnancy and can be paired with custom childbirth classes or acupuncture services.

FETAL POSITIONING

For thousands of years, acupuncture and herbal treatments have been used to help babies in the breech position turn head down. I enhance traditional methods from China, Morocco, and Mexico with modern techniques, including “Spinning Babies”, and listening carefully to assure the safety of mama and baby.
